Of course. One nation’s domestic economic policies can influence its reputation abroad because current countries relate to each other more than ever. Any country without interaction to other countries can’t survive. For example, reclusive regime like North Korea have difficulty in providing necessities because North Korea can’t produce all products needed to survive.
On top of that, stable and growth-oriented policies can boost investor trust from inside and outside, leading to contributing to higher credit ratings. And when we challenge financial crisis, if we handle this crisis effectively, our competence can acknowledged by countries across the world.
