I guess calculating calories is just one of the ways of loosing weight, so actually it's no connection of healthy diet.
The most important thing for diet is to meet balance of nutrition, and counting calories causes eating disorder or exploring appetite.
When I was little, I also experienced eating disorder because of managing calories. So, Properly managing calories helps a healthy diet, but tight calculating calories every time you eat is very harmful.
