Hi, there.
It's another peaceful day today. There was no crowd, noise, and task. Under the airconditioner, all staff including me can feel the best air quality. Everything is perfect except for the stress about revenue.
Every July and August were not busy because aesthetic clients don't want to go outside in this hot weather and many of them have a vacation in other countries. Thus, I already expect the decreasing trend of visitor's number and revenue, nevertheless, I can't help but feel scared in terms of my clinic's profit. One reason is that many clinics have been in trouble for the money problem due to lots of dept and decreasing profit over time.
Today, one of my cousins visited my clinic again. I gave her more aesthetic treatment for free, but she put the money on my desk when she was leaving. She is the closeast niece of my mother and lives in USA. I asked if she had a citizen right for America with a concern about Trump's new imigrant policy. Luckily, she got it before.

I understand exactly your point of a calm day full of cacophony in mind. Before, I told you that the stillness of one day is very pleasant most specially when exhaustion abounds. This is why staying busy is still the best. We are beat but fulfilled. I will pray for your good revenue.

By now, your people are out and about displaying their picture perfect faces after getting their treatments last month. However, do not fret. Pray harder and stay focused on essential management aspects while you have time. Perhaps next time, if you would want to renovate a space in your clinic, choose the lean months such as July for less discomfort.

I love your cousin. If I were her, I would do the same. Personally, family should pay since you are operating a business and you also have to give compensation to your staff and settle your bills. They have to be the number one supporters of our careers. There could be a tad bit of discount but they also need to pay for your expertise and operational costs. She has great manners. I admire her.
