What Floor in an apartment is something that has big impact on a apartment life.Because apartment includes many floors each of floor has their own advantage and disadvantage. For example, low floors advantage is that when there is fire or construction of , they can easily go out with stairs. But the disadvantage is that they can have more molds because low floors are more humid. And higher floors advantage is that they have lesser noise from upper floor. Also their floor will not have mold. When elevator has construction, they should use stairs to walk up and down for very long time. So I think both floors have advantage and disadvantage, but in my opinion, lower floor has more merits.

For example, low floors advantage is that when there is fire or construction of , they can easily go out with stairs. 
>>>  For example, a low floor is convenient because in case of a fire or elevator maintenance, residents can easily use the stairs to exit. 
But the disadvantage is that they can have more molds because low floors are more humid. 
>>>  However, a disadvantage is that low floors tend to be more humid, which can lead to mold problems.
And higher floors advantage is that they have lesser noise from upper floor. 
>>>  On the other hand, higher floors are usually quieter because there's no noise from upstairs neighbors. 
Also their floor will not have mold. 
>>>  They also tend to be less humid, so mold is less of a problem. 
When elevator has construction, they should use stairs to walk up and down for very long time.

So I think both floors have advantage and disadvantage, but in my opinion, lower floor has more merits.
