I believe good time management can reduce stress, because people get extremely high stress when they couldn't accomplish their jobs on due. It is certain that trying to mange time efficiently and resisting temptation to play are painful, but these are tiny compared to due pressure(compared to what we feel pressure of finishing jobs on due).
Moreover, we will finish our task what we planned when our new day is started, we can sleep well because we are happy and accomplish the daily achievements. Many people got insomnia since we have lots of worries and thoughts before we got sleep, however these can be disappeared if we manage our time and finish tasks what we have to do.
