I think that I am not good at comforting someone. I don't know how to comforting someone. I want someone let me know good ways. If my friend broke up with her boyfriend, I will say her "Forget him. he was not your thing. You are good woman, so you will meet more good boyfriend. Cheer up!" But I don't know this way is good. Other people how to comforting someone.

I guess people have their ways of comforting someone. Some people just keep quiet and listen, while others prefer listening and talking. However, did you know that your presence alone when somebody needs to be comforted matters?
