I think borrowing money and borrowing things are a little different. Lending things are usually short term or high probability get it back. And most borrowing things are unexpensive, so there is no burden. but, in case of most borrowing money, borrowing money is large amount of money. It is difficult to i say "ask for amount of money back". Of course, it may be a characteristic of my personality. It doesn't matter if i don't pay back small amount of money, but if i don't get pay back a lot of money, relationship will deteriorate and will be awkward.

Hello, Hun!
I agree! Most of the time, if someone borrows something, the tendency is for them to return it, and it's not awkward to ask for it back. But if it's money, I think getting it back will be a big deal, and like what you've said, it can even be the cause of destroying a relationship.
