I didn't know 'colon cleansing'. So I searched what is the 'colon cleansing' . Colon cleansing is the way that remove coprostasis. If I have coprostasis, I need it, but I have good colon, I don't need it. The way most of things is not good way about all people. I don't know how to do 'colon cleansing'. Even if this way is good for colon, but I don't want to do it.
