I think that we don't need anymore universities in Korea. Even now is the time that we should get rid of many low level quality and unnecessary universities. Wrong and populist policies make young generation unemployed person. No more university is need in Korea. Only we need big innovation for existing of university.

I agree here. I always stand in this saying, "Even if you can, don't do it.".. One of your current issues is the low birth rate. If your country pursues this "idealistic plan," I am sorry, but I would say that it would be like a waste of time and money, because who will go to those universities if there is not enough student population? Well, it is just my two cents.
