As far as I know, most of animal feed is made dead fishes. So even it was made the dead tuna, it will not be harmful to them. It seems like a waste of food, I feel sorry.

Yes, Agree with you. However, on this matter, even if gghey have a purpose, we are simply thinking " that is tuna", such a waste. I hope the international law will undergo an amendment.
