What Floor in an apartment is something that has big impact on a apartment life.Because apartment includes many floors each of floor has their own advantage and disadvantage. For example, low floors advantage is that when there is fire or construction of , they can easily go out with stairs. But the disadvantage is that they can have more molds because low floors are more humid. And higher floors advantage is that they have lesser noise from upper floor. Also their floor will not have mold. When elevator has construction, they should use stairs to walk up and down for very long time. So I think both floors have advantage and disadvantage, but in my opinion, lower floor has more merits.
