Before covid19 came, my routine was doing a group excercise 2-3times per week.
Furthermore,every Friday morning, I used to ride a bicycle along the Han River with my friend.
However, now the gym close and all of outdoor sports are not recommented by government. To keep my body in shape, I climb on the hill near my house once or twice per week and sometimes I do a home-training while I see u-tube channels.
In adfition, I try to eat home made foods not a fastfood or fried foods.
Making food make me annoying but I believe that food is the most important thing for human's health.

It is really difficult to maintain a very good body figure now that it is pandemic. However, we can always serve healthy and immune booster foods.
