17 years ago, I was a new employee. At that time, I often made mistakes. It made me crazy. When I got stress out, I drank a lot. I couldn't remind that how I drank and What did I say. But, Resources of stress didn't solve. The next day I had to do something for solving problems, but I couldn't do my best. Because of hangover. Drinking a lot isn't a good way to deal with stress. I think it is the worst way. Sleeping a lot, eating a lot are better than drinking a lot. Those ways are negative ways which people choose to deal with stress. Doing exercise, going on a vacation, leaning for solving problems are positive ways. When I get stress, I should prepare to solve resources of stress.
