1. Do you agree that the three telecom companies are overcharging customers for their 5G services? Why?
I see eye to eye with the writer.
I have heard from my friend that 5G is more expensive than 4G but the speeds of them are similar.
Many people would collect the phone using 5G because they expected the new thing compared to former one.
But, if they use a cell phone similar to a former one paying for more dollars, it is an unfair thing.
For this reason, I think that the three telecom companies are overcharging customers now.

2. Do the telecom customers have the right to get a refund? Please explain.
I think the telecom customers have the right to get a refund.
They bought the new cell phone expecting a new speed and new functions.
However, their wishes were not fulfilled due to the lack of nationwide network.
Accordingly, they have to get a refund because they weren’t provided what they wanted.
