I think that today's generation is highly educated by their parents and has a high level of education.
So they want to be recognized for doing professional work.
For them, marriage and children disturb to their social achievement.
Because they want to spend time and effort to do their job well instead of marriage and children.
Sometimes, they get married but don't have children or try to have them late.

A growing number of couples who have been married for five years or less, especially those in which both partners work, are not having children. This is actually a personal choice but there are some consequences to the society, which is the decreasing economy.
