The meaning of sovereignty is so difficult. I learned it means the right of each country. It comes from the people and represents people's opinion. It makes a country with territory and peoples. Most countries should not be interfered from others. It exist independently. However, it is disturbed by strong power country. To avoid an interference, each country makes oneself strong. I think a cooperating work of the peoples make it possible to block disturbance of other.
