I have several ways to overcome stress.
Each method has different advantages, so each situation uses it differently.
First, when I get stressed, I eat delicious food to overcome stress, but I usually eat fatty and spicy food.
And I eat sweet food for dessert.
This method is a good way to relieve sad feelings or difficulties right away, but be careful because it's a bad eating habit that leads to binge eating.
Next, it's jogging while listening to exciting music.
This method can overcome stress by raising my happy mood, but it can be physically difficult because it's an exercise concept.
Another way is to meet a friend and have a conversation, but I can't use it right away because I have to time each other.
I think the best thing to do to overcome stress is different from time to time.
